On 20/12/2017,Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Companysuccessfully organized the extraordinary meeting of shareholders in 2017 at the head office of the Company, Zone B, Road No. 1, Hiep Industrial Zone Phuoc, Hiep Phuoc Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh.
On 20/12/2017,Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Companysuccessfully organized the extraordinary meeting of shareholders in 2017 at the head office of the Company, Zone B, Road No. 1, Hiep Industrial Zone Phuoc, Hiep Phuoc Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh. The congress is organized for the purpose of timely soliciting shareholders' opinions on important and strategic issues for the long-term development of the Company.
With the attendance of 69 shareholders representing 84.53% of the voting shares, the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Corporation was conducted in accordance with the regulations. The laws and regulations of the Company. Attending the congress is also full of members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Board of Directors and all the middle management team of the Company.
At this Extraordinary General Meeting, the Board of Directors presented some important contents to meet with the actual situation in business activities and in accordance with the strategic objectives of the Company in the period the next paragraph. Specifically, the Board submitted to the General Meeting the contents of three papers related to (i) the adjustment of the business plan in 2017; (ii) the policy of establishment of 100% subsidiary of HIPC and (iii) ) to issue corporate bonds.
After the members of the chair presented the contents of 03 submissions, Mr. Tri Tri Dung, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the General Assembly answered and clarified some issues that shareholders questioned. After nearly 02 hours of work, serious and responsible, the extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2017 approved the content of 03 reports with high consensus. This is also a good signal showing the unanimity of all shareholders for future development of Hiep Phuoc.
